The trumpets are sounding!

Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the LORD is coming, For it is at hand: (Joel 2:1)

Do you have a sense of urgency, expectancy, and awareness of the second coming of Jesus?
If not, why not?

On January 31, when I was driving to Bethlehem Christian Fellowship in Culpeper to attend the Wednesday evening worship service for the first time, I heard the Holy Spirit distinctly say to me “The trumpets are sounding.”

The primary reason I went to this worship service was because I had invited Patti May to come all the way from Northern Virginia to share about the trip to Israel on March 25 – April 4, 2007. As you may recall, Patti is the lady with strong ties to Israel, who opened the door for me to go on this trip to Israel. She also has opened numerous other doors. As I shared yesterday, Patti told me: “The time is so short. Israel is the time clock.”

On January 31, Pastor Sue Gregg used Matthew 17:1-8 to preach a powerful message about the significance of the transfiguration of Jesus on the mountain. Near the end of her message, Pastor Sue told the audience “The trumpets are sounding.” This is exactly what the LORD had told me just an hour earlier. Sue said she has been hearing the trumpets sounding for the past 2 years.

What does this mean? Jesus is coming back soon – very soon. And when He does, the final trumpet blast will sound. We need to be prepared. Israel is the time clock.

On January 31, God connected me to Jeff Epstein for the first time while I was talking to Patti May on the phone. Jeff is Jewish and President of America’s Truth Forum. Jeff said “There could not be a more critical time.” I learned that there are 57 Muslim terrorist training camps in America. One is in Front Royal, Virginia. Another is located near Lynchburg and Roanoke. Apparently, according to reliable government officials in the U.S., plans are in the works for the complete destruction of more than ten major cities in America on a single day in 2007 using nuclear weapons in suitcases. This should be cause for alarm.

Prayer Power
Father, Yeshua is coming back soon. The trumpets are sounding to alert Your children to prepare the way of the LORD. The focus of the world is on Israel and a major war is imminent. Open the ears of Your children to hear the sounds of Your trumpets blasts. Wake the church in America out of its coma. Ignite a fire of desire in our hearts to humble ourselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from our wicked ways (2 Chronicles 7:14). May we “Arise, and not be afraid.” (Matthew 17:7). Thank You Yeshua. Amen.
