You need a team to achieve your dream!

And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all. (Acts 4:33)

Do you have a dream team?

You need a team to achieve your dream! Success is not a solo project – it needs to be shared. And success is not a competition. There’s plenty to go around. You have to work with a team that shares the same dream or objective.

Incredible power can be released when people work together. Associating with like-minded, success-oriented, joyful individuals – a dream team – is one of the most amazing success tools that exists. Anyone who achieves great success must have a dream team. T-E-A-M is an acronym for “Together Everyone Accomplishes Miracles.”

What characteristics should your dream team possess? Successful dream teams consist of at least two or more people with a common purpose where both hearts and heads are in harmony with one another. Avoid selfish, negative, or egotistical people. Don’t make exceptions to this. The relationships between you and each dream team member must be confidential.

Make regular team meetings a life enhancing priority. It’s important for your team to be aligned. Only admit new members with unanimous consent after a 90-day probationary period. It’s critical to have positive people in your group. A probationary period allows you to observe the new member’s behavior. Does this person have the integrity, the passion, the love, and commitment needed? If not, is he or she willing to change?
