What are a few lead dominos to make Virginia the healthiest state in the nation?
I believe one is prayer and another is blessing marriages.

When I went to Argentina for the very first time in October 2005, I met many outstanding marketplace and pulpit ministers. However, of all the people I met there, Jack Serra had the greatest impact on me and my family when he spoke about the husband’s and wife’s roles in a marriage.

Now we are fortunate to have Jack Serra and his wife A.J. visiting Culpeper Virginia. You are invited to meet Jack Serra in person and hear him speak on Saturday Oct 21 from 8:15-9:15 AM at the Best Western in Culpeper.

My wife and I recently hosted a 9 week marriage LIFE group in our home using Jack’s “Marketplace & Marriage” curriculum. Within a few weeks of starting that, we had several amazing testimonies of how God was not only blessing marriages, but respective marketplaces as well.

The LORD has put a desire in my heart to see Virginia become the healthiest state in the nation. Healthy churches, businesses, schools, and communities are all made up of healthy families. At the foundation of a healthy family is a godly marriage.

In 2004 Jack & AJ Serra founded “The M&M Connection,” a consulting group, dedicated to helping business owner’s, corporate executives and all marketplace Christians make the connection between the six core biblical principles for a godly marriage and God-ordained success in the marketplace. M&M Connection offers a nine-week study for couples to connect these issues. This nine-week study is also in a form for Small Groups and Sunday school classes. M&M Connection exists under the auspices of Harvest Evangelism (www.harvestevan.org) . They believe that the key to transformation of nations and cities begins through the transformation of marriages. God has given them a charge to be in 300 cities by 2008 with mentors trained to mentor other couples.

Prayer Power
Heavenly Father, thank You for marriage, the only institution ordained by You before the fall of Adam and Eve. Clearly, marriage and the traditional family are very important to You. That is why they are under assault in America. Please use Jack Serra to bless marriages across Virginia to make our state the healthiest one in America. Then multiply Your impact across America and the world. Bless our team with uncommon ideas to accomplish this. Thank You Jesus. Amen.
