The voice of the LORD says, “A spiritual tsunami is coming to Virginia in 2007 unlike the world has ever seen before and it will emanate from Culpeper.” Trying to stop this move of God will be like trying to use a broom to stop a tidal wave.

Let me ask you – “What vision is so huge, has laser focus, and can unite the entire Christian army behind it?” ONE BILLION SOULS! And what will be the catalyst to markedly accelerate this process? The Jamestown 2007 Jubilee!!!
