Dan Tingley, the world-wide marketing director for Transformation Leadership Coaching (TLCI), has rapidly become a good friend and mentor of mine. He has tremendous wisdom and insight from his vast array of experiences around the world and more importantly from the ultimate source – the Bible.

Originally Michael Stay and I were both going to take the 16 week coach-training program offered by TLCI on our own. However, because Culpeper is a lighthouse and detonator city for transformation in Virginia, God led us to bring the coach training right here to Culpeper.

The lead domino principle states that if you identify a few lead dominos and focus your efforts on knocking over those, then almost everything else you’re hoping for will happen. We believe the coach training is one of those lead dominos, not just for us but for you.

In late December 2006, when Dan and I first discussed the possibility of bringing the coach training to Culpeper, Dan said the coach training may well be the Gideon water test to determine who God will use to be part or our team to make Virginia the healthiest state in the nation by the end of 2007. I agree.

Before Gideon took on the army of more than 135,000 Midianites, God whittled his army down from 32,000  to 10,000 men and finally to 300 men so that He would receive the glory for the victory.

Prayer Power
Father, Michael Stay and I have done all that we can to encourage our friends and people within our networks to join the “Real Talk Training Seminar.” We commit the coach training program in Culpeper to You. Thank You for Your promise to establish our thoughts (Proverbs 16:3). Invite and guide 70 chosen people to come to this training seminar on January 27. Thank You Jesus. Amen.
