When your state (e.g. Virginia) gets a heart for God’s nation (Israel), God will get a heart for your state.

For Zion’s sake I will not hold My peace, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, And her salvation as a lamp that burns. The Gentiles shall see your righteousness, And all kings your glory. You shall be called by a new name, Which the mouth of the LORD will name. (Isaiah 62:1-2)

What do you sense is happening in America and Israel?

On Monday morning July 09, I received an email from Patti May. She had forwarded me an email from Connie Wilson that she had received just a few hours earlier. Patti’s email was titled “Jerusalem Shift.” Here is what Connie said in her email:

Dear Family and Friends,

Last weekend (July 1-2) a Godly phenomenon – a shift – occurred in Jerusalem.  Our friends, Rick & Patti Ridings, whose wonderful ministry – Succat Hallel – provides a 24/7 worship release over Jerusalem, Israel and the nations, hosted the “One Thing”, a praise and worship conference for youth believers.

I’m in the U.S. right now and Bill (Connie’s husband) called after the first night, SOOO excited – stating “This is MAKING HISTORY!!”  He said the entire conference was in Hebrew and the youth boldly stated they KNEW they were the generation raised up IN Israel who loved Jeshua…and were carrying the boldness for the nation.

There were 500-600 young Israeli Jews and Arabs in attendance (on a pro rata basis in the United States, one person estimated it could be as many as 150,000 young people), on FIRE for Jeshua/Jesua.  I have sent another e-mail, giving Rick & Patti’s report, as well as others.

Yesterday on 7-07, we thank God for Rory & Wendy Alec of God-TV, who linked Lou Engle’s THE CALL (estimated 100,000 youth and olders for praise and worship) in Nashville to Succat Hallel in Jerusalem!

Father God, we thank You for the shift in the heavenlies that is taking place in Jerusalem, Your chosen city – the apple of Your eye. Thank You for all the members of the Body of Christ who are rising up around the world to assume their respective roles and join together in unity. Thank You for the many ways America is blessing Israel and vise versa during this pivotal 2007 year when we celebrate America’s 400th anniversary and Jerusalem’s 40th anniversary. To You Jesus be all glory, honor, and praise! Hallelujah and Amen!
