We need to give God our best in every area!

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)

1) When your back is against the wall, when it seems there is no way out, you have to FACE YOUR FEARS.
2) We need to give God our best in every area. And if we win, we praise Him. And if we lose, we praise Him.
3) Your attitude is like the aroma of your heart. If your attitude stinks, it means your heart’s not right.
4) Never give up! Never back down! Never lose faith!

These are some life lessons taught in the movie trailer for “Facing the Giants.”

At our morning worship service on Sunday Sep 17, Pastor Matt Gregory showed a wonderful trailer for the upcoming movie “Facing the Giants.” Then early the next morning (Sep 18) I received this email from a total stranger:

“Hello Randy, My name is Bob Scott and I live in Orlando FL. I am a cinematographer and a Christian. I have a good friend by the name of Randy Peck who is in the Film business. I ‘googled’ his name and ‘yours’ came up 1st. I began to read your web site and felt I was being directed to share a story with you. It’s about a feature film I was involved in that will be released nation wide on Sept. 29th. It’s called ‘Facing the Giants” The film is truly a testament to our faith and that ‘with God, all things are possible’ It will be showing in parts of Virginia. When I shared this amazing story on Sep 19 with a nurse I work with, she told me her pastor just preached a message on Sep 17 titled “Facing the Giants.” There’s much more to this story than I have time to share here.
