Yom Kippur is the most sacred day of the Jewish year. Tomorrow evening (October 1, 2006) is the beginning of Yom Kippur – the Day of Atonement. The International Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem [www.daytopray.com], instituted with the endorsement of hundreds of Christian leaders from around the world, representing tens of millions of Christians, is held annually on the first Sunday of every October.” This year the first Sunday of October is October 1, which just happens to begin Yom Kippor.

The salvation of Israel is not about Israel. The strategic importance of the salvation of the Jewish people is that it will release the grace and power needed to bring about the salvation of the world! Lord, open the eyes of your people worldwide to grasp this truth!
